  • Fill the form out below and submit it or you can click on the door to print out a paper copy and slip it through the slot at our office.

  • This form will help us best fit you with the units we have available and let you take a look around the unit so you know what you’re applying for!

Steps to our application..

  • If you do not have a specific property in mind please fill out a showing slip at the next door (incomplete applications will not be processed)

  • Once printed and completely filled out attach a photo copy of your ID or driver’s license and a $60 money order to the application

  • You can drop your application off at our office located at 1817 N. Stewart St. Ste #15 Carson City, NV, 89706.
